We are trained balloon constructors with Qualatex. We are QBN trained (Qualatex Balloon Network). This means we use Qualatex quality balloons and equipment to a very high standard. It is also your guarantee that your whole display is perfect in shape, colour and quality.

“Balloons are, by nature, temporary items: Although Balloon Wedding and Party uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight and other uncontrollable factors.”
“Balloons are also very fragile and can sometimes burst through heavy handed handling, touching sharp objects or walls etc, or just because its time for it to burst. We cannot guarantee any construction after we have left the premises. We often take a photo of the construction before we leave”
“Due to the unexpected circumstances that can occur with any event, we reserve the right to make changes only in the best interest of our clients. If the facility is not available or set up at the promised time, decor may be left in the nearest acceptable location. Additional time required (if available) to complete the job will be billed at £25/hour.”
Please note that we endevour to create the balloon constructions with the required balloons, shapes, colours etc. But if a product is out of stock for whatever reason then we will ensure that we match the original requirements with the closest we can find.

Balloon Decorations
We bought 20 balloon bouquets from Balloon Wedding and Party for my mothers 50th Birthday.
She absolutely loved them. All the balloons were delivered and set up before we arrived and was a great surprise to everyone.
Added to the fact that all the decorations were uniform, straight and the same size. An excellent service. Will definitely use them again.

The birthday cake balloon is amazing! We bought it for my daughter’s birthday party and asked for it to be delivered. It came all made up, I literally just had to put it with my other decorations and we were ready to go! Easy peasy and everyone was so impressed 🙂
Lovely set up

Exceptional Service…… Better than inititially planned!
Having used Balloon Wedding and Party, we made plans for our big day and the respective parties, get-togethers, and functions. To our surprise, everything we have asked for, not only did they facilitate it, but they also offered different ideas, new suggestions, and great alternatives.
What was particularly pleasing was the fact that the Planners were very accommodating and open to different ideas and options. Given the economic climate at this time, they struck a brilliant balance between being mindful of cost-effectiveness, whilst not seeking to compromise on quality.
Nowadays It feels somewhat unusual to have found a company that not only met my expectations with regards to customer service, but BWP actually ‘exceeded’ them.
As a result of all of the meticulous planning which took place prior to our big day, when it finally arrived it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience as every attempt was made by the Planners to alleviate the stress and anxiety that was developing through our fear of not wanting anything to go wrong.
To their credit BWP actually made the whole thing fun!
