Fair Use Agreement

On agreeing to hiring our equipment you must agree to the following.

Candy Cart

1. The wheels on the candy cart are designed not to turn. You must not move it using the wheels.
2. Although the cart looks steady it is not designed to be sat on or climbed on.
3. You are allowed to decorate the cart, but pins and tape must not be used.
4. Adult supervision must be maintained at all times.

Candy Floss Machine

1. The Candy floss machine is not to be used by the public. A member of staff will be on hand to operate it.

LOVE Letters

1. The LOVE letters will be placed in the position you require.
2. The letters are free standing but are liable to fall if knocked and possibly damaged.
3. The lights are powered by an electrical transformer which has been PAT tested. But can be damaged by human damage, items falling on it or liquid being spilt on it.
4. Adult supervision must be maintained at all times.

POPCORN MACHINE

1. The Popcorn Machine is not to be used by the public. A member of staff will be on hand to operate it.

SLUSH PUPPY MACHINE

1. The Slush Puppy machine is not to be used by the public. A member of staff will be on hand to operate it.

Wedding Card Post Box

1. The post box will be placed in an ideal space when we arrive. Usually at the entrance to the reception area. You are allowed to move it into another position but remember that is bulky. Only allow adults to move it.
2. The post box if on the pedestal must be placed on a flat surface. Do not allow it to wobble.
3. The key must remain with the post box when not it use.
4. The post box is easily knocked over, please ensure that it is placed in a position that will not be in the way of guests.
