We hired the sweet cart for our wedding and not only did it look beautiful it was filled with all the favourite sweets, both kids and adults loved it on our special day.
Communication was fantastic, from booking the cart to delivering it to the venue and again after it was picked up.
I would highly recommend and would use again.

I had the candy cart, slush puppy machine, and candy floss machine. I found it very easy to book and pay for the items online. The business was always available to speak to when needed. The staff doing the slush and candy floss were very pleasant and professional. Well done.

Having used Balloon Wedding and Party, we made plans for our big day and the respective parties, get-togethers, and functions. To our surprise, everything we have asked for, not only did they facilitate it, but they also offered different ideas, new suggestions, and great alternatives.

What was particularly pleasing was the fact that the Planners were very accommodating and open to different ideas and options. Given the economic climate at this time, they struck a brilliant balance between being mindful of cost-effectiveness, whilst not seeking to compromise on quality.

Nowadays It feels somewhat unusual to have found a company that not only met my expectations with regards to customer service, but BWP actually ‘exceeded’ them.

As a result of all of the meticulous planning which took place prior to our big day, when it finally arrived it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience as every attempt was made by the Planners to alleviate the stress and anxiety that was developing through our fear of not wanting anything to go wrong.

To their credit BWP actually made the whole thing fun!

We had the LOVE letters at our wedding, they even included the heart at the end of the word love. Not only did they stand out beautifully they really made pictures taken by our guests look even more special as they were located at the back of the dance floor.

We hired the giant love letters, the wedding card box and the candy cart for our wedding. It was delivered way before the wedding and set up before any guests got there.
